Cooking my Fav. Soup... White corn chicken and white bean.

The shredding and chopping of the chicken

I think I will jot down this recipe, because I keep loosing it and having to call Marla to get it every time I make it...


Thee Famous White Corn Chili
4 cups chopped chicken (The cooked and seasoned one that is whole little bird from the grocery store.)
2 15oz Cans Chicken broth
3 small cans White corn
4 15 oz cans White Northern beans strained
1/2 onion chopped saute in 1 cube of butter
1 small can diced green chili's
1T. Chicken bullion
1/2 T. Cayenne Pepper
1T. Garlic powder
1T. powdered oregano
2T. Cumin
After it is hot in the crock pot add 1 pint sour cream
sprinkle with cheese
Serve with Corn chips or sliced yummy bread
