These are the best cupcakes in the world, they are made at this cute little bakery in little Rexburg Idaho where my dad grew up and the home of BYU Idaho! My Dad brings them home to me every time he takes a quick weekend trip to visit his Dad in rexburg and I love it! One of my favorite quilty pleasures cupcakes from heaven...
